Boli zaznamenan\u00e9 n\u00edzke (\u013eudskej poko\u017eke ne\u0161kodliv\u00e9) hodnoty fluorescencie. Lign\u00edn vo vode bol vystaven\u00fd UVB \u017eiareniu (72 J\/cm2), po \u010dom bola zaznamenan\u00e1 zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00e1 absorbancia lign\u00ednu v UVA\/UVB. Roztoky boli vystaven\u00e9 vplyvu \u010dasu s vonkaj\u0161\u00edmi (1h) a bez vonkaj\u0161\u00edch vplyvov (1h, 48h, 96h), kde nebola zaznamenan\u00e1 zmena absorbancie. V\u00fdsledky boli porovnan\u00e9 s komer\u010dn\u00fdm opa\u013eovac\u00edm kr\u00e9mom, ktor\u00fd mal SPF 6, ktor\u00e9ho absorp\u010dn\u00e9 \u00fa\u010dinky boli ni\u017e\u0161ie o 57 %. V druhej f\u00e1ze projektu bola zmeran\u00e1 miera migr\u00e1cie, konfluentnej kult\u00fary a metabolickej aktivity (MTT assay) na HaCaT keratinocytoch za pr\u00edtomnosti lign\u00ednu. Bola zaznamenan\u00e1 zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00e1 hodnota migr\u00e1cie buniek pri v\u0161etk\u00fdch koncentr\u00e1ci\u00e1ch (okrem 1000 \u03bcg\/ml po 24 hod.; okrem 100 \u03bcg\/ml a 1000 \u03bcg\/ml po 96 hod.). Nebol zaznamenan\u00fd negat\u00edvny vplyv lign\u00ednu na po\u010detnos\u0165 buniek. Hodnoty MTT boli nad \u00farov\u0148ou kontrolnej vzorky (s v\u00fdnimkou 1000 \u03bcg\/ml) s najvy\u0161\u0161ou hodnotou pri koncentr\u00e1cii 10 \u03bcg\/ml. HaCaT keratinocyty s lign\u00ednom boli o\u017earovan\u00e9 UVB \u017eiaren\u00edm (20 J). Po o\u017eiaren\u00ed bola najvy\u0161\u0161ia hodnota MTT zaznamenan\u00e1 pri koncentr\u00e1cii 100 \u00b5g\/ml.
