Nezaznamenali sme v\u00fdraznej\u0161ie rozdiely vo viabilite MSB ko-kultivovan\u00fdch s PEEK biomateri\u00e1lmi (95+\/-5%). PEEK biomateri\u00e1ly nemali v priamom kontakte negat\u00edvny efekt ani na cytoskelet, ani na morfol\u00f3giu MSB po farben\u00ed s Crystal violet. Prolifera\u010dn\u00fd test MSB nasaden\u00fdch na 3D tla\u010den\u00fdch PEEK biomateri\u00e1loch nepreuk\u00e1zal \u017eiaden negat\u00edvny efekt biomateri\u00e1lov na viabilitu MSB. Hlavn\u00fdm v\u00fdstupom projektu bola nami navrhnut\u00e1 inovat\u00edvna 3D tla\u010den\u00e1 PEEK kocka s priemerom p\u00f3rov 350 \u00b5m ur\u010den\u00fdch na prerastenie MSB. Po 3 a 7 d\u0148och kultiv\u00e1cie sme nezaznamenali \u017eiadne rozdiely v prolifer\u00e1ci\u00ed MSB. Adherencia MSB na 3D tla\u010den\u00fdch PEEK biomateri\u00e1loch bola pozorovan\u00e1 skenovacou elektr\u00f3novou mikroskopiou. Po 3 d\u0148och kultiv\u00e1cie sme na\u0161li nieko\u013eko miest, kde boli MSB adherovan\u00e9 na povrch PEEK biomateri\u00e1lu. V\u0161etky testy, vr\u00e1tane priamej a nepriamej ko-kultiv\u00e1cie, preuk\u00e1zali, \u017ee \u017eiaden z PEEK filamentov ani 3D tla\u010den\u00fdch PEEK kociek nem\u00e1 cytotoxick\u00fd efekt na MSB. Pre komplexn\u00fa charakteriz\u00e1ciu materi\u00e1lu vyu\u017eite\u013en\u00e9ho v klinickej praxi je nutn\u00e9 zisti\u0165 jeho mechanick\u00e9 vlastnosti. V s\u00fa\u010dasnosti sa v r\u00e1mci v\u00fdskumu zaober\u00e1me zis\u0165ovan\u00edm mechanick\u00fdch vlastnost\u00ed materi\u00e1lu PLA (kyselina polymlie\u010dna), ktor\u00fd m\u00e1 spolu s biomateri\u00e1lom PEEK potenci\u00e1l na vyu\u017eitie v klinickej praxi. Tieto vlastnosti s\u00fa sk\u00faman\u00e9 pomocou normovan\u00fdch testov na r\u00f4zne druhy por\u00e9znosti na trhacom zariaden\u00ed.
