Pou\u017e\u00edva sa ako 10-20% injek\u010dn\u00fd roztok na angiografiu (ciev retiny,d\u00fahovky,n\u00e1dorov). M\u00e1 podobn\u00e9 vlastnosti ako luminol. Typick\u00e9 sfarbenie luminolu je modr\u00e9 a fluoresce\u00ednu zase zelen\u00e9 alebo \u017elt\u00e9. Cie\u013eom m\u00f4jho projektu je najjednoduch\u0161ie zis\u0165ovanie antioxida\u010dn\u00fdch \u00fa\u010dinkov ovocia a zeleniny pomocou fluoresce\u00ednu. Ovocie\/zelenina bola zaliata destilovanou vodou po dobu 3dn\u00ed, potom som ich pridala do fluoresce\u00ednu. Z vopred pripraven\u00fdch extraktov (9) z r\u00f4znych druhov ovocia a zeleniny, a n\u00e1sledn\u00fdm pridan\u00edm do roztoku fluoresce\u00ednu som zistila, \u017ee \u010d\u00edm slab\u0161ie bolo \u017eiarenie s dan\u00fdm extraktom, t\u00fdm malo ovocie resp. zelenina viac antioxida\u010dn\u00fdch l\u00e1tok. Pri zelenine bolo \u017eiarenie takmer rovnak\u00e9 ako mal referen\u010dn\u00fd roztok fluoresce\u00ednu, najslab\u0161ie \u017eiarenie bolo pri citrusoch (pomaran\u010d, pomelo, mandar\u00ednka). Je to sp\u00f4soben\u00e9 vitam\u00ednom C, ktor\u00fd obsahuj\u00fa, a ten je siln\u00fdm antioxidantom. Prim\u00e1rnou funkciou antioxidantov je, \u017ee chr\u00e1nia na\u0161e telo pred vo\u013en\u00fdmi radik\u00e1lmi, ktor\u00e9 m\u00f4\u017eu vznika\u0165 z nezdravej stravy, stresu at\u010f.
