Cie\u013eom mojej pr\u00e1ce bolo pozorova\u0165 vplyv alkaloidov obsiahnut\u00fdch v dom\u00e1cich potravin\u00e1ch na v\u00fdvin mu\u0161iek Drosophila melanogaster a vybra\u0165 vhodn\u00fa pr\u00edrodn\u00fa l\u00e1tku, ktor\u00e1 bude \u00fa\u010dinne p\u00f4sobi\u0165 proti \u0161kodliv\u00e9mu hmyzu a nahrad\u00ed tak agres\u00edvne chemick\u00e9 l\u00e1tky. Pre  zorientovanie sa v danej problematike som absolvovala de\u0148 na Katedre genetiky Pr\u00edrodovedeckej fakulty UK v Bratislave. N\u00e1sledne som si vybrala 5 dom\u00e1cich potrav\u00edn, ktor\u00e9 obsahuj\u00fa alkaloid, boli to: kakao, k\u00e1va, mak, tabak a zelen\u00fd \u010daj. Experiment som vykon\u00e1vala na dvoch form\u00e1ch mu\u0161iek drozofily: Drosophila melanogaster 202, ktor\u00e1 je geneticky upraven\u00e1 a Drosophila melanogaster species, teda div\u00e1, ktor\u00fa som si sama odchytila. Na pr\u00edpravu \u017eivnej p\u00f4dy som pou\u017eila okrem z\u00e1kladn\u00fdch surov\u00edn v\u00fdluh z jednotliv\u00fdch potrav\u00edn. Mu\u0161ky som prekladala v uspatom stave pomocou oxidu uhli\u010dit\u00e9ho, pri\u010dom do ka\u017edej vzorky som dala10 mu\u0161iek. N\u00e1sledne som pozorovala vplyv alkaloidov na v\u00fdvin mu\u0161iek, po\u010das obdobia 3 t\u00fd\u017ed\u0148ov. Ako najsilnej\u0161\u00ed alkaloid sa javil nikot\u00edn obsiahnut\u00fd v tabaku, bol nato\u013eko siln\u00fd, \u017ee sa drozofily nestihli ani rozmno\u017ei\u0165 a v priebehu prv\u00e9ho t\u00fd\u017ed\u0148a v\u0161etky mu\u0161ky uhynuli, preto by som jednozna\u010dne ako najsilnej\u0161\u00ed pr\u00edrodn\u00fd, ekologick\u00fd  postrek navrhla tabak, ktor\u00fd p\u00f4sobil \u00faplne insektic\u00eddne.
