V\u00a0praktickej \u010dasti sa venuje realiz\u00e1cii pokusu, pri\u010dom zauj\u00edmavos\u0165ou tejto pr\u00e1ce v\u00a0porovnan\u00ed s\u00a0pr\u00e1cami zaoberaj\u00facimi sa podobnou problematikou je, \u017ee pri biodegrad\u00e1cii neboli vyu\u017eit\u00e9 produkty ropy, ale samotn\u00e1 surov\u00e1 ropa z\u00a0Kor\u0148ansk\u00e9ho ropn\u00e9ho prame\u0148a \u2013 pr\u00edrodnej pamiatky CHKO Kysuce.<br \/>\nN\u00e1sledne bolo overen\u00e9, \u010di v\u00a0biodegradovanej p\u00f4de je schopn\u00e1 r\u00e1s\u0165 rastlina a\u00a0porovnan\u00fd jej rast s\u00a0rastlinou rovnak\u00e9ho druhu v kontaminovanej p\u00f4de. Ke\u010f\u017ee pr\u00e1ca m\u00e1 pouk\u00e1za\u0165 na d\u00f4le\u017eitos\u0165 z\u00e1stupcu d\u00e1\u017e\u010fovky zemnej pr\u00edtomn\u00e9ho po\u010das biodegrad\u00e1cie, overen\u00e1 je aj biodegrad\u00e1cia len pomocou mikroorganizmov v\u00a0p\u00f4de.<br \/>\nPo ukon\u010den\u00ed samotn\u00e9ho pokusu a\u00a0zhodnoten\u00ed v\u00fdsledkov sme sa zamerali na osvetov\u00fa \u010dinnos\u0165 medzi ml\u00e1de\u017eou. V\u00a0programe PREZI sme pripravili interakt\u00edvnu pom\u00f4cku a\u00a0navrhli, administrovali kr\u00e1tky dotazn\u00edk zameran\u00fd na problematiku ropy, jej biologickej degrad\u00e1cie a\u00a0s\u00a0t\u00fdm s\u00favisiacu ochranu a\u00a0tvorbu \u017eivotn\u00e9ho prostredia. Dotazn\u00edk sme administrovali pred a\u00a0po interakt\u00edvnych semin\u00e1roch na gymn\u00e1ziu. Porovnali sme v\u00fdsledky zadan\u00e9ho pretestu a posttestu.
